Making connections powerful.

Reflection Circles invite you to reexamine your mindset and assumptions in an inspiring and supportive way. By going through the steps of personal exploration, you make insightful connections. To make those connections powerful, you need to communicate your insights, get perspective and experiment with confidence. The learning makes powerful impact on your choices, attitudes and behaviours and opens up new possibilities.

The Reflection Circles Difference

=

DIGITAL

With an engaging, interactive tool, we provide the structure, content and questions for participants to deepen their awareness of themselves and their situation. The tool is like a chat thread with multiple-choice questions to choose where they want to be guided, and long-form questions to generate meaningful reflection. Organized in a series of seasons and episodes, the chat is interspersed with images, videos, models, research and links to resources. Participants can access the journey on their computer or mobile device and follow along at their own pace.

DEBRIEF

Reflection Circles facilitators debrief the individual journeys in group sessions, inviting people to hold the mirror to themselves, hear others’ stories, and drive the fundamental questions and conversations. Sharing reflections with others helps people move from their echo chamber to true sense-making. As people face different challenges they can benefit enormously by sharing and learning with each other - expanding their perspectives, normalizing their challenges, and appreciating their common humanity.

What participants are saying

People don’t learn from experience, they learn from reflecting on experience.
