Join a group of your fellow INSEAD alumni to explore and develop how you navigate change in today’s fast paced and complex environment. This six-week journey of group coaching and guided reflection will bring you greater clarity and connection for embracing uncertainty with purpose and strength.

Developed by a team of INSEAD leadership coaches, Kate Philips-Kaiser (MBA 97J, CCC 10), Betina Rama (CCC 04), and Katherine Twaddell (ICC 18), this program brings together core academic research and their decades of experience coaching thousands of people around the world. Navigating Change includes individual exercises and group discussions to help you explore how you are experiencing change, get curious about what is happening around you, and find your inner compass.

STEP 1
LOOKING IN

Deepen understanding of how you are experiencing change .

STEP 2
LOOKING OUT

Explore your context and identify your support system.

STEP 3
STEPPING FORWARD

Navigate ahead with purpose and strength.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Over six weeks, there are three modules to go through the three steps: Looking In, Looking Out and Stepping Forward. Each module includes:

Self-paced guided reflection: A series of individual reflection exercises to complete online in your own time - 1 to 1 ½ h per step. Designed as a lively interactive chat, the exercises are engaging and introspective, providing useful concepts and research and guiding you through questions of discovery of yourself and your ecosystem, preparing you to connect with the group in a meaningful way.

PLUS

Group coaching sessions: A facilitated session to share and reflect with a small group (max 12) of fellow INSEAD alumni - 2h group session every two weeks over the six-week period. These sessions create an inspiring and supportive space to question, re-think and respond in new ways to your emerging challenges and opportunities. Benefiting from the rich diversity and shared experience, the perspective and energy from the group help you process your learning and turn insights into constructive actions.

You can join one of the upcoming Circles or contact us to create your own with your classmates (min 8 people).
