Some reflections from our participants

“No matter how much work we do on ourselves and on working with others, there is always something new to learn. It’s not about new notions or knowledge. It is about using the fundamental notions in a different context. The program puts us in a context where we are collaborating and communicating, enriching and being enriched in a completely different way. That was what was so positive and powerful. Without any doubt, don't hesitate. Just go and do it.”

— Claire Harbour, Coach, Consultant, Co-Author of Disrupt Your Career

“The combination of reflecting by myself and sharing with the group solidified the learning more. It got the learning out of my head and helped me integrate it into my being.”

“Kate, Katherine and Betina bring together wonderful people from all over the world and create a great environment to do the work together.”

“The facilitation creates a safe place to share, allowing all of us to be open and vulnerable with each other.”

“This program challenged us to navigate new situations with new people that was beautifully intense and impactful.”

“I have gone through the program twice, first in a Living with Change circle and then again as part of Facilitation Fundamentals. Both times I got new insight on myself and on the changes I was going through at the time.  It’s something I feel I can do again and again because each time I am in a different place, sharing with different people who have different perspectives and experience.  As a coach, I am glad to have this as part of my toolkit. It can easily be applied to any changes that my clients are facing and creates a great foundation for the coaching work.”
