Our pioneering program invites you to reflect on and make sense of any change you are facing. This learning journey builds self-awareness, energy and perspective for navigating transitions with purpose and resilience.

  • The online exercises are engaging and introspective, providing useful concepts and research, and guiding you through questions of discovery of yourself and your ecosystem.
  • The facilitated debriefs with peers are spread over several weeks providing a dynamic group process for you to build on the insights you have individually.

LOOKING IN


Explore how you are experiencing change in the here and now. We take you on an inner journey to observe your emotions, energy levels and triggers as you face change and deal with the phases of transition.

Get perspective on what is happening around you by exploring your context. We provide frameworks and questions to observe and analyze your systems and relationships, taking a big picture approach.

MOVING FORWARD


Integrate your insights to take action at whatever phase of transition you are facing. Find closure on what is ending, make sense of what is emerging and open to new possibilities.

Living with Change is a modular program that can be customized for different needs. Following a kick-off session, there are three steps, each including:

  • 1½ hours of individual reflection - with online exercises and resources
  • 1½ hours of group reflection - with facilitated peer discussions

We offer open programs, as well as partner with companies, associations, business schools and coaches, to deliver this blended learning experience.
